Subscription Agreement
BrainGrid monthly subscription tiers and billing rules.
BrainGrid is organized into Personal, Professional / Academic and Business tiers. The monthly amount presented before checkout governs the applicable purchase.
Tier 2 — Professional / Academic
Professional practice, research, teaching, analysis and academic productivity. Published pricing is $14.99 USD per month.
Tier 3 — Small Business
Small Business is $24 USD per month and covers up to 25 seats. Each seat above 25 adds $10 USD per month.
Tier 3 — Medium Business
Medium Business is $36 USD per month and covers up to 100 seats. Each seat above 100 adds $10 USD per month.
Tier 3 — Enterprise
Enterprise uses a custom monthly agreement based on deployment, governance, integration and organization-specific requirements.
Experience modes
Guided, Balanced and Advanced are interaction modes and are separate from the three commercial tiers.
Automatic payment
Automatic payment is enabled by default when online billing is active. You may turn automatic payment off. Turning it off does not change an amount already due or the overdue-account timeline.
Late-payment notices
Cancellation notices are issued at 3, 15 and 30 days overdue. At 45 days overdue the account closes. A returning user must open a new account, and data associated with the closed account is lost.
